Our Team

Michael O'Flynn

Chairman

Michael is Chairman and co-founder of Tiger Developments. He also serves as Chairman and CEO of the O’Flynn Group, a leading property company with extensive interests across the residential, student accommodation, office, industrial and retail sectors.

With a career spanning more than four decades, Michael has overseen the delivery, investment and management of major real estate projects across Ireland, the UK, and Europe. He has been active in the UK market since the mid-1980s.

He is recognised as a leading voice in the Irish property industry, having served on several advisory bodies focused on housing and development, including Ireland’s Housing Commission.

John Nesbitt
Managing Director
John is a Chartered Surveyor with extensive experience across the UK and European property markets, specialising in the acquisition, development, asset management, and operation of purpose-built student accommodation and residential assets.
A pioneer in the PBSA sector since the 1990s, John has delivered in excess of 12,000 student beds across the UK and Europe. He has led the expansion of Tiger’s commercial and residential development and investment activities, completing over £1.2 billion of transactions, including £200 million across Europe.
Today, John continues to lead Tiger Developments, focusing on the delivery of high-quality student accommodation and co-living projects across the UK.
Seb Horst
Investment Director
Seb joined Tiger Developments in 2018 and is an Investment Director across both Tiger and Host. He plays a key role in leading investment strategy, overseeing site acquisitions, underwriting, and development activity across the UK and Ireland.
At Tiger, Seb manages a team focused on identifying and securing new opportunities, working closely with construction and operations teams to ensure robust delivery. At Host, he contributes to the strategic oversight of the operational platform and investor relationships.
A qualified member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, he has extensive experience across the living sector.
Luke Wilton
Finance Director
Luke joined Tiger Developments in May 2020, following four years in the Audit teams at Moore Kingston Smith and BDO, where he specialised in Real Estate and Finance.
He is a qualified ICAEW Chartered Accountant and contributes across both the development and operations divisions of Host and Tiger Developments.
Luke has extensive experience across the full life cycle of student accommodation and co-living projects, with broader responsibilities encompassing corporate accounting, financial planning, taxation, and payroll.
Keith Dean
Senior Development Manager
Keith joined Tiger Developments with over 22 years of experience in development, consultancy, and project management across the construction industry. His background includes a diverse range of projects, from complex refurbishments to large-scale new-build and fit-out schemes.
He has held senior roles encompassing development management, project delivery, commercial oversight, and procurement, with responsibilities spanning all stages of the project lifecycle — from design and tender through to completion and final account.
Keith has overseen the delivery of a variety of schemes since joining, including the delivery of a hotel in York, and PBSA schemes in Leicester, Colchester, Birmingham and Bristol.
Duncan Tindale
Senior Development Manager
Duncan joined Tiger Developments in 2017, bringing over 30 years of experience in the development of retail, commercial, mixed-use, and residential projects. His career spans senior roles with Stockland UK, Crest Nicholson Regeneration, MEPC, and BAA Lynton.
Throughout his career, Duncan has managed projects from inception through to completion, with expertise covering site acquisition, planning, design management, procurement, and delivery. His experience includes the delivery of Premier Inns in Croydon and Yeovil, as well as the management of major City office schemes such as One Tudor Street (70,000 sq ft) and 33 Gracechurch Street (103,000 sq ft).
At Tiger, he has been responsible for the delivery of several PBSA schemes in Southampton, as well as our first co-living scheme in Guildford.
Zac Dang
Investment Associate
Zac joined Tiger Developments in July 2025, bringing seven years of global real estate investment experience, with expertise in financial modelling, valuations, and portfolio analysis.
Prior to this, he worked in the Investment team at Placefirst, a UK single-family owner-operator focused on the build-to-rent sector. His experience spans both multifamily and single-family residential markets across the UK, US, Europe, and Asia.
Earlier in his career, he worked on real estate debt transactions at a private credit fund and on real asset valuations at KPMG Australia.
Michael Kelleher

Non-Executive Director

Michael brings significant development and operational expertise to Tiger as a Non-Executive Director. As Group Operations Director at the O’Flynn Group, he oversees multidisciplinary teams across design, engineering, construction, marketing and sales.

Active in the UK market since the mid-1980s, Michael has extensive experience in delivering large and complex developments from initial concept through to completion. 

His track record includes major mixed-use and residential schemes, demonstrating a strong capability in coordinating diverse stakeholders and ensuring high-quality project delivery.

David O'Riordan

Non-Executive Director

David is a Non-Executive Director at Tiger, contributing strategic oversight and financial expertise to the business. He is Finance Director of the O’Flynn Group, where he is responsible for the organisation’s financial strategy, investment processes and long-term business planning.

David has broad experience overseeing financial operations across development, investment and asset management activities. His background in structuring investments and supporting corporate growth provides valuable insight to Tiger’s UK platform.
